YOU ARE SAFE HERE

I stay with what’s real. With you.

Jen Ross, MA
Relational psychotherapy & Biodynamic craniosacral work

A body of work that tracks how experience lives in the body, in relationship, and across generations.

Navigating complex trauma and life transitions can be hard.
You don’t have to do it alone.

In our work, we stay with what is happening in you

and how your family of origin, ancestral lineage, and the broader culture are held in your body and nervous system.

I’m here as an ally — for you, your body, your story, and your way forward.

You’ve already done a lot of work.

You’ve spent time understanding yourself.
You’ve read the books, reflected on your patterns, and maybe even spent years in therapy.

You may know your story well.
You may understand why you react the way you do.

But something is asking for your attention.

This is
where body-based work
begins to matter.

In our work together, we stay with what’s happening in your body.

You don’t have to be alone in it.
From there, things can begin to shift.

You may already know this feels right.

When you are ready…

Real healing unfolds in safe, attuned connection.

Psychotherapy is often described as a clinical process, but at its heart it is deeply relational. Real change begins when people feel safe enough to slow down and explore the parts of themselves that have been carrying pain, protection, and survival patterns.

In my practice I show up as a human first. My role is to bring presence, skill, and curiosity to the work we do together. When the nervous system has space to settle, people often discover that the wisdom they’ve been searching for has been within them all along.

This work doesn’t happen separate from the rest of your life.

It unfolds alongside your relationships, your creativity, your work, and your sense of purpose in the world.

Some people come here to unwind complex trauma.
Some come to reconnect with their bodies after years of disconnection.
Others arrive at a moment of transition, sensing that something deeper is asking to be lived.

Wherever you find yourself in that process, the intention is the same: supporting you in building a more grounded relationship with yourself and the life you’re here to live.

My office is intentionally located in my home.

The space is intentionally warm, comfortable, and supportive of the kind of work we do here. Many people notice that simply walking into the room allows their nervous system to soften and settle.

While most sessions happen in person, I also work with some clients online when distance or circumstance calls for it.

"I came to Jen when I thought I had no other option but to keep persisting in a state of anxiety to maintain the status quo expected by mainstream society.

I was overworked, depressed and unhappy.

My journey inwards helped me realize that slowing down and taking care of my body are priorities.

With Jen‘s insight and body centered methods, I found myself safely grounded to earth and fully in my body.

Something I never thought possible."

We live in a culture that asks people to stay within certain lines.
When you don’t—or can’t—fit within those lines, the focus often turns to fixing you.

This work isn’t about helping you fit into something that was never made for you.
It supports you in coming back into relationship with yourself—and finding your own way from there.

I stay close to what’s happening between us, aware of how trauma, power, and the wider systems we’re part of shape our lives.

People say they feel seen, safe, and genuinely cared for here.

You don’t have to do this work alone.

If you’re curious about working together, the best place to begin is with a consultation. It gives us a chance to talk, ask questions, and see whether the work feels like the right fit.

Many of the people who find their way here are people who support others and understand that continuing their personal work matters too.
